Abstract:In order to research the influence of temperature on frequency dielectric spectroscopy of oil-paper insulation, we performed a frequency domain response experiment of oil-paper sample at different temperatures. Then we established a double relaxation Cole-Cole model modified with DC conductivity, and analyzed the influence of temperature on dielectric spectroscopy of oil-paper insulation. The results show that when the temperature increases, the interfacial polarization and the dipole polarization are enhanced, which causes the whole frequency spectroscopy to shift to higher frequency region; in the imaginary part spectrum, the cross frequencies of DC conductivity and interfacial polarization, interfacial polarization, and dipole polarization increase, and the frequency range which interfacial polarization plays a leading role in broadens from 3.997 Hz at 10 ℃ to 889.9 Hz at 70 ℃. In addition, according to the analysis by thermodynamic equation, the value of activation enthalpy is 92.385 k J/mol; when the temperature increases, the free energy of activation decreases while polarity particle in system increases, at the same time, when the value of activation entropy is positive and increases, the order of the whole system decreases and the transition between states speeds up. Furthermore, it is found that the dielectric loss peak at different temperature is corresponding to the same free energy of activation, thus the temperature-dependence or frequency-dependence on dielectric spectroscopy of oil-paper insulation is an another reflection of the same phenomenon.
