Abstract:Based on Service Oriented Architecture,and through using HL7,CDA and IHE,one tertiary hospital in Shanghai has built a large-scale data integrated platform with clinical data repository(CDR) as the core component,thus achieved data integration,information sharing and process coordination of the information systems of the hospital. It can satisfy the needs of clinical service,hospital management and scientific research,meanwhile improve the precise management level,raise competitive advantage and promote sustainable development of the hospital.
