Strategies and Consideration of Building Up Digital Hospital

Abstract:Combined with the latest theory of the informationization field and actual need of development,the author's hospital have built up a full digital hospital system within a few years. In this article five strategies and relevant consideration was described, mainly including: the construction of digital hospital was a leader's project, so that the hospital's Party committee and leaders should be brought into play for decision-making; it was also a unification of management and technology, so that the cooperation of the functional department and information department should be paying attention to; application is a key to construction, so that wholly participating should be emphasizing in system implementation; demand draught a development, so that collaboration between hospital and software company should also be emphasizing; and should emphasize combination of integral design and subsection implementation as the construction tactics, avoid the detached island of information, give play to the whole benefit of digitalization.
