Adaptive Neural Network and Its Application in Wastewater Treatment

Abstract:In this paper, we proposed control scheme combined backstepping, radius basis function neural network and adaptive control for nonlinear system with state delay which is as same as sewage treatment system, RBF neural network is used to estimate the unknown continuous function, In the backstepping design, all unknown functions at intermediate steps are passed down such that only a single neural network is needed to approximate a lumped uncertainty at the last step. Lyapunov stability theory to verify this control scheme to ensure a closed-loop system is uniformly bounded, and to ensure a closed-loop system is stable, finally, the results for the sewage treatment control system proves that the method is feasible.
