Abstract:Different morphologies of SrTiO3/TiO2 heterostructures like nanocubes, nanoparticles, nanospheres, and nanofibers were synthesized via a facile hydrothermal process, using TiO2 as both a template and precursor in Sr(OH)2 solution.
