Abstract:Objectives To investigate gene expression of cell factor with the relation of immunity reaction.Methods With the RT-PCR the technique measurement the IL-10,INF-γ mRNA expression inside 40 transplant kidney in 4 groups of sonor SD mouse,and study mechanism and function of IL-10,INF-γ in transplantation kidneys.Result IL-10 mRNAs expression(P0.01) at tolerance group (14/16) is obvious higher than not tolerance group (4/14).INF-γ mRNA expression (P0.01) at reject set (10/14) is obviously higher ghan not reject set (1/16).Conclusion The IL-10 mRNA and INF-γ mRNA expression inside transplant kidney with RT-PCR the methods is a hight examination method of a kind of sensitivity,the former hint the immunity tolerance,the latter hint reject reaction of transplant kidneys.
