Abstract:Visible Light Communication(VLC) is a new type of wireless communication technology which can be used to both illuminate and communicate simultaneously.It has become a hot research topic.Road-to-Vehicle(RTV)communication is a key part of the intelligent transport system.To provide some reference for future research,in this paper,we will review the RTVVLC technology,presenting the system overview and the progress in the key issues such as the algorithms for finding and tracking the transmitter,the frame loss,low pass channel characteristics.
