Abstract:Non-cooperative behavior (NCB), as a strategic choice of decision-makers (DMs), often stems from diverse motivations, which may arise from both immediate judgments in specific situations and long-term strategic planning. To deepen the understanding of NCB, this study innovatively designs an identification and management mechanism for such behavior, while delving into the interaction between trust relationships among DMs and NCB, aiming to facilitate consensus reaching process (CRP) in social network group decision-making. Specifically, this study first constructs two consensus optimization models driven by dual-trust. These models comprehensively consider the impact of DMs' familiarity-based and similarity-based trust on preference interaction, and aim to provide optimal adjustment suggestions for DMs. Secondly, this study defines two types of NCBs: short-term NCB and long-term NCB (which is further subdivided into passive behavior and pretending behavior). This study not only focuses on the performance of DMs in a single round but also analyzes their behavior across multiple rounds to achieve precise identification of these three types of NCBs. In response to these three types of NCBs, this study introduces different management mechanisms. For short-term NCB, a trust management strategy is employed. For passive behavior, an exit-delegation mechanism is introduced, suggesting that DMs who exhibit such behavior should withdraw, while their influence is preserved through reallocation of weights. For pretending behavior, mandatory measures are taken to require DMs to revise their opinions, with the adjustment coefficient gradually increasing as the consensus iteration progresses, thereby effectively punishing long-term pretending behavior. Finally, this study validates the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed models in enhancing consensus among DMs through examples and experiments.
