Abstract:Parent volunteer service benefit preschools, teachers, parents and children in America. To use volunteers most effectively, preschools not only recruit parent volunteer and direct them, but also assign and evaluate them. We should learn from their experience and recognize the value of parent volunteers exploit their resources and praise their contribution to attract more parent volunteers in China.
