Abstract:A millet film mulching hill planter comprises a machine frame, a rotary cultivation mechanism, a press wheel I, a film mulching device, a sowing case, an earthing wheel, a soil scraping plate and a press wheel II, wherein the sowing case is of an idler wheel type structure and comprises a rotary shaft, an outer wheel and an inner wheel, and a plurality of duckbill hole openers and seed discharging hole groups matched with the duckbill hole openers are distributed on the rolling peripheral surface of the inner wheel. Each duckbill hole opener is of a V-shaped structure between 0 degree and 180 degrees formed by an earth cutting pointed plate and a reset plate, wherein a reset spring in the compressed state is arranged between the reset plate and the inner wheel to enable the seed discharging hole group matched with the duckbill hole opener to be sealed by the earth cutting pointed plate, and the free end of the reset plate makes contact with soil and squeezes soil so as to open the seed discharging hole group during rotation of the outer wheel. Due to the fact that the inner wheel and the outer wheel of the sowing case roll coaxially, millet seeds are in the rolling state all the time in the sowing case, and in this way, seed discharging holes are prevented from being blocked by millet seeds, and millets seeds can fall down uniformly.
