Abstract:Hippo signaling has a pivotal role in organ size control, tissue regeneration, and cancer. Recent studies have demonstrated critical functions of Hippo signaling in cancer immunity, innate immune responses against pathogens, and autoimmune diseases, refreshing our understanding of the implications of this pathway in the context of disease and therapy design.
