Abstract:For Hilbert spaces H and Ki(i ∈ u0026#x1d541;), we use the notations BHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;), FHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) and RHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) to denote the sets of all g-Bessel sequences, g-frames and Riesz bases in H with respect to {Kj}j∈u0026#x1d541;, respectively. By defining a linear operation and a norm, we prove that BHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) becomes a Banach space and is isometrically isomorphic to the operator space B(H,K), where K = ⊕j∈u0026#x1d541;Kj. In light of operator theory, it is proved that FHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) and RHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) are open sets in BHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;). This implies that both g-frames and Riesz bases are stable under a small perturbation. By introducing a linear bijection π from BHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) onto the C∗-algebra B(H), a multiplication and an involution on the Banach space BHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) are defined so that BHg({K j}j∈u0026#x1d541;) becomes a unital C∗-algebra that is isometrically isomorphic to the C∗-algebra B(H), provided that H and K are isomorphic.
