Abstract:Intra-tumor heterogeneity (ITH) plays a pivotal role in driving breast cancer progression and therapeutic resistance. We used a mutant-allele tumor heterogeneity (MATH) algorithm to measure ITH and explored its correlation with clinical parameters and multi-omics data.
