An Analysis of Circular Economy Development Differences Between Industrializing and Post-Industrializing Countries

Abstract:Industrializing countries and post-industrializing countries are in different industrializing periods. Because of the variance of economic development, technology, integrity of regulation systems, public environmental consciousness, the two has many differences in terms of circular economy construction. The circular economy of post-industrializing countries is initiative, while circular economy of industrializing countries is passive. Although there are some similarities between the two, profits in industrializing countries are much less that their developed European counterparts. In reality, it's the government that takes the action of circular economy due to resource restriction, environment pollution and industrial upgrading pressure. This article suggests building a circular economy evaluation system in accordance with the characteristics of China. In addition, the author brings out a district circular economy evaluation system with a method of identifying the evaluating exponent.
