ERP software for simplified process integration model

Abstract:ERP (enterprise resource planning) software is often too large to give a direct descriptive model of internal operations, therefore, a simplified process integration model (SPIM) was developed for typical Chinese enterprise structures. The model included purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, sales and simplified accounting processes. The model integrated the key elements and working principles with a SPIM which integrated logistics and parts accounting based on the SAP R/3 system and the internal supply chain structure of a typical enterprise. The model provides better operating processes for sales order, planning, purchasing and manufacturing systems (sales order flow), purchasing, manufacturing, inventory and sales systems (logistics flow), and sales, inventory and purchasing systems (financing flow). The model also more clearly describes the ERP charactersistics of a process based and product centered system with integrated inventory and finance control. 
