Abstract:This paper proposed a set of evaluation index system to assess the holistic training effectiveness of the ship-borne command and control system, the criteria and computing method of each index are provided, the weights value of each index are analyzed and calculated, and provided a set of method to integrate the evaluation index for the evaluation system. The method could be used to promote the training and combat effectiveness.
