Abstract:Based on the UG 6.0 platform, with the three dimensional digital technology, combined with UG CAM template customization, this paper is about the research and development of hole groove class feature extraction module, automatically selecting hole groove parts feature information, through reasoning, to implement the corresponding processing template calls, with the aid of process parameters of knowledge database to realize automatic processing of information given, then to realize the automatic generation of NC program, and to realize the seamless integration of CAD/CAM.

Rapid NC Machining Technology for Hole and Groove Parts Based on UG Feature Recognition
