Abstract:Relying on the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) and microfluidic technology, an immunosensor chip with high bioactivity was designed for sensitive determination of cytokeratin 19 fragment 21–1 (CYFRA 21–1). The mesoporous nanomaterial Fe3O4@Cu@Cu2O as the co-reaction accelerator was used to catalyze the S2O82− to produce more SO4•− to achieve the amplification of the ECL signal. In fact, the generating of SO4•− could not only be done with the aid of the reversible cycles of Fe2+ and Fe3+ and Cu+ and Cu2+, but could be achieved also through the catalase-like function of Fe3O4. What is more, it has also been proved that Fe3O4@Cu@Cu2O exhibited better catalytic performance than single Fe3O4, Cu2O, and Cu@Cu2O, which supported its application in this system. In addition, a portable microfluidic immunosensor chip for CYFRA 21–1-sensitive determination was assembled, which showed high selectivity, sensitivity, and strong universality in clinical cancer screening and diagnosis. It should be noted that HWRGWVC (HWR) was introduced as the antibody fixator to improve the incubation and binding efficiency of the antibody, which increased the ECL intensity and improved the sensitivity of the immunosensor. This strategy provided a new idea for cancer identification and diagnosis in clinical medicine.

Abstract:In this study, an electrochemical immunosensor was constructed to detect the cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA 21-1) in human serum. CYFRA 21-1 is the most sensitive tumor marker of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), its content in normal human serum should be less than 3.3 ng/mL. When lung cancer cells dissolve or die, a myriad of CYFRA 21-1 is released into a tumor patient's blood circulation, and its serum content elevates strikingly. Consequently, detecting CYFRA 21-1 by an electrochemical biosensor is expected to provide a new method for the early detection and prevention of lung cancer. In this study, a composite of UiO-66-NH 2 and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CMWCNTs) was used as the substrate material of a sensor; the resulting sensor had a large specific surface area and strong electrical conductivity. Moreover, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were used to bind to antibodies through an Au-S bonds. Also, a supersensitive detection of CYFRA 21-1 was achieved through the specific bindings of antigens and antibodies. Under optimal detection conditions, the change of current signal intensity of the immunosensor was proportional to the logarithm of CYFRA 21-1 concentration and had a linear relation in the range of 0.005 to 400 ng/mL, while the detection limit was 1.15 pg/mL (S/N = 3). The proposed immunosensor had high precision, stability, and selectivity. More importantly, the sensor was been successfully applied to detect CYFRA 21-1 in human serum with high recovery, providing a new method for early screening and dynamic monitoring of lung cancer.

Abstract:Cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA 21-1) DNA is perceived as sensitive tumor marker for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer and other tumor. Herein, linear chain poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) synthesized by ring-opening polymerization is applied to ultrasensitive label-free electrochemical impedance detection system for CYFRA 21-1 DNA. First, thiolated peptide nucleic acid (PNA) is self-assembled into the Au electrode surface through the formation of Au–S bonds, allowing the PNA to act as biomolecular probe and form PNA/DNA heteroduplex with the target DNA via specific hybridization. Then, PCL is conjugated to the immobilized DNA on the electrode via "carboxylate–Zr4+–phosphate" bridges. Finally, the electrochemical response of modified PNA/DNA/Zr4+/PCL electrode is determined by electrochemical impedance method to quantify of CYFRA 21-1 DNA. Under optimal conditions, this method exhibits highly sensitivity with a broad linear range (0.1 fM – 1 nM) (R2 = 0.995) and the limit of detection (LOD) is as low as 10.73 aM, which is equivalent to just 64 molecules in a 10 μL sample. What's more, the high selectivity, good anti-interference, label-free operation, and real-time monitoring in complex samples of the proposed strategy demonstrate its broad application for the early diagnosis and clinical monitoring.

Abstract:The cytokeratin19 fragment (CYFRA 21-1) is an essential biomarker for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This work proposed a novel electrochemical immunosensor with a high selective and sensitive detection of CYFRA 21-1via the ring-opening polymerization (ROP) signal amplification strategy. Specifically, 3-mercaptopropionic (MPA) was employed as a cross-linking agent to immobilize cAb on the electrode surface for subsequent specific capture of CYFRA 21-1. After CYFRA 21-1 bound to cAb, the amino groups of them were blocked with acrolein. Then, the sandwich-type compositions were formed via the specific recognition between detection antibody (dAb) and CYFRA 21-1. Finally, the ROP was triggered by the amino group on dAb and the polymers containing a large number of ferrocene electroactive molecules were in situ grown on the electrode surface, thereby outputting a high sensing signal. Under optimal conditions, the fabricated immunosensor showed an ultrasensitive and highly selective with a linear range of 1 pg/mL ∼ 1 μg/mL, and the detection limit down to 9.08 fg/mL. Furthermore, a bright correlation was obtained for CYFRA 21-1 detection in the clinical serum samples. By merits of its ease of operation, environmental friendliness and low cost, this method had considerable potential application in bioanalytical for the ultrasensitive quantitation of biological molecules.

Abstract:A signal-on sandwich-like electrochemical immunosensor was built for determination of cytokeratin 19 fragments 21-1 (CYFRA 21-1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by confining electroactive dye (e.g., methylene blue, MB) as a probe for amplifying signals. Specifically, core-shell gold@rhodium dendritic nanocrystals (Au@Rh DNCs) behaved as a substrate for primary antibody and accelerate interfacial electron transfer. Besides, hollow carbon spheres (HCSs) were subsequently modified with polydopamine (PDA) and PtPd nanoparticles for sequential integration of the secondary antibody and confinement of MB as a label, termed as MB/PtPd/PDA/HCSs for clarity. The built sensors showed a broad linear range (100 fg mL-1 ~ 100 ng mL-1) for detection of CYFRA 21-1 with an ultra-low detection limit (31.72 fg mL-1, S/N = 3), coupled with satisfactory performance in human serum samples. This work can be explored for assays of other proteins and provides some constructive insights for early and accurate diagnosis of NSCLC.
Dual-responsive electrochemical immunosensor for CYFRA21-1 detection based on Au/Co Co-loaded 3D ordered macroporous carbon interconnected framework

Abstract:Cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) is a protein fragment released into the bloodstream during the death of lung epithelial cells, serving as a predictive biomarker in diagnosing non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and need to be accurately detected. Herein, a dual-responsive label-free electrochemical immunosensor was developed based on a three-dimensional ordered interconnecting macroporous carbon skeleton material modified with gold-cobalt nanoparticles (Au/Co NPs-3D MCF) to detect cytokeratin-19 fragment (CYFRA21-1). The three-dimensional ordered interconnect macroporous structure, by providing a high specific surface area and an electrochemically active area, not only enhances the electron transport channel and reduces mass transfer resistance, but also offers a confined region that elevates the collision frequency with the active site. In addition to exhibiting excellent biocompatibility for antibody binding, gold-cobalt nanoparticles contribute significantly to the overall robustness of the immunosensor. By capitalizing on the 3D network structure and collective effect of Au and Co NPs, the Au/Co NPs-3D MCF immunosensors exhibit exceptional response signals in both chronocurrent testing and square-wave voltammetry, allowing for a wide linear response range of 0.0001-100 ng/mL and a low detection limit. Moreover, the constructed immunosensor is capable of detecting CYFRA21-1 in human serum and has the potential for further extension to detect multiple biomarkers. This work opens up new avenues for the construction of other highly selective 3D network immunosensors.
A Novel Signal-On Electrochemiluminescence Immunosensor for the Detection of NSCLC Antigen Biomarker Based on New Co-Reaction Accelerators

Abstract:Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer with substantial morbidity and mortality. Herein, a new signal-on electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor based on multiple amplification strategies is constructed for ultrasensitive detection of cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) biomarker related to NSCLC. Polyethyleneimine (PEI) functionalized MXene is decorated with NiMn layer double hydroxide (NiMn LDH) to form MXene-PEI-NiMn LDH composite. Specially, the La-MOF@ZIF-67 bimetallic organic framework (named as LZBM) and MXene-PEI-NiMn LDH both served as coreaction accelerators to improve the ECL emission of the luminol-H2 O2 system. To be specific, Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) coated MXene-PEI-NiMn LDH is applied to immobilize primary CYFRA21-1 antibody (Ab1 ), while AuNPs decorated LZBM was used for the loading of luminol and secondary CYFRA21-1 antibody (Ab2 ) to form tracer label. Therefore, the ECL signal of the sandwich-type immunosensor is significantly enhanced due to the high loading capability for luminol and the synergistic catalytic ability for the decomposition of H2 O2 into reactive oxygen species (ROS). Under the optimal experimental conditions, the ECL immunosensor exhibited good analytical performances for CYFRA21-1 detection with a wide linear range (100 fg mL-1 -100 ng mL-1 ) and a low limit of detection (85.20 fg mL-1 ), providing a promising method for early diagnosis of NSCLC.

Abstract:Cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA 21-1) DNA is a significant biomarker with relation to non-small cell lung cancer. Here, we described an ultrasensitive electrochemical biosensor for detection of CYFRA 21-1 DNA (target DNA, tDNA) via surface-initiated reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (SI-RAFT) polymerization-based DNA metallization signal amplification strategy. Specifically, 5′terminal modified thiol peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probes are immobilized on the gold electrode surface (by Au-S selfassembly) for the identification of specific tDNA sequences. After hybridization, the 4-cyano-4-(phenylcarbonothioylthio) pentanoic acid (CPAD) is tethered to the PNA/DNA duplexes by means of the recognized phosphate-Zr4+-carboxylate chemistry. Subsequently, in the situation of C3H4O as the monomer, SI-RAFT polymerization can bring numerous aldehyde groups sites for the subsequent silver mirror reaction. The acrolein-polymers act as reductant to reduce Ag+ into Ag0, and then the silver particles are deposited on the polymer skeleton, which significantly amplifies the electrochemical signal. Under optimal conditions, the designed sensor for tDNA detection show a wide linear range from 100 aM to 1 nM, and the detection limit is as low as 0.89 aM. Moreover, the proposed biosensor exhibits prominent applicability for analysis of tDNA in serum samples and high selectivity for different mismatched oligonucleotide fragments. Given the proposed biosensor without extra natural enzyme or bio-labels, this method has enormous potential in bioanalysis.

Abstract:Cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) is a protein fragment dissolved in the blood after apoptosis of lung epithelial cells, which is a predictive biomarker for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Detection of serum CYFRA21-1 has a significant clinical value in diagnosis, monitoring and prognosis of NSCLC. Herein, a novel electrochemical immunosensor was constructed for the sensitive detection of CYFRA21-1. First, superconductive carbon black (KB) functionalized polyethyleneimine (PEI)-gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were covered on the surface of methylene blue (MB) and used as substrate materials to immobilize the CYFRA21-1 antibody. Then, target CYFRA21-1 was successfully detected using an electrochemical immunosensor through specific recognition of antigen and antibody. The zirconium-based metal organic framework of PCN-222(Fe) with a large pore size and three-dimensional (3D) structure can absorb abundant AuNPs through strong electrostatic interaction, which enhances the conductive properties of PCN-222(Fe) and prevents the self-aggregation of AuNPs. However, PCN-222(Fe) with peroxidase-like activity can catalyze the generation of hydroxyl free radicals (˙OH) from H2O2, which oxidized MB, leading to a decrease in the current signal. The signal response to the degradation of MB was recorded using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). This indirect method of immunosensor offered a new strategy to address the limitations imposed by the poor conductivity of PCN-222(Fe), further enabling the amplification of the signal through the oxidative degradation of MB. Compared with traditional electrochemical immunosensors, this method has the advantages of a stable current signal and good reproducibility, providing a promising reference for the broad application of PCN-222(Fe) in electrochemical biosensors.
[Diagnosis Value of the Detection of CYFRA21-1 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer].

Abstract:BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:cytokeratin-19 fragment (CYFRA21-1) is a soluble protein in serum, and may be a useful circulating tumor marker. The aim of this study is to investigate the diagnostic value of the peripheral blood CYFRA21-1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).METHODS:the levels of peripheral blood CYFRA21-1 were detected in 107 patients with NSCLC and 51 patients with benign pulmonary diseases by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and ROC curve was used to analyse the results.RESULTS:singificant difference of peripheral blood CYFRA21-1 levels was detected between the NSCLC group and benign pulmonary disease group (Chi-Square=47.343, P < 0.001). At the threshold of 3.3 ng/mL, sensitivity and specificity of CYFRA21-1 as a serologic marker were 74.77% and 76.47%, respectively for any cancer. ROC curve showed that the under-curve area (AUC) of CYFRA21-1 was 0.813 9. There was no significant difference of CYFRA21-1 between subtypes of NSCLC (Chi-Square=0.450, P=0.799). The peripheral blood CYFRA21-1 level was elevated significantly in the patients with extensive disease (IIIb, IV) compared with patients with limited disase (I, II, IIIb) (Chi-Square=7.057, P=0.008).CONCLUSIONS:as a tumor marker CYFRA21-1 has relative high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of NSCLC. Elevated peripheral blood CYFRA 21-1 levels were usually indicated extensive disease of NSCLC.
Photocatalytic electrochemical sensor based on three-dimensional graphene nanocomposites for the ultrasensitive detection of CYFRA21-1 gene

Abstract:A photocatalytic electrochemical DNA genosensor based on polyaniline nanofibers and three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide (3D-rGO) modified glassy carbon electrode has been fabricated. It can ultrasensitively detect non-small cell lung cancer gene CYFRA21-1 through photocatalytic reaction. Ethidium bromide is adopted to embed into double stranded DNA (dsDNA) for generating singlet oxygen under green LED irradiation, thereby efficiently cleaving the dsDNA. As a result, the peak currents of [Fe(CN)6]3−/4− increase obviously, due to less blocking of nanocomposites modified electrode and weaker electrostatic repulsion after dsDNA fragmentation. The theoretical LOD is 76.2 aM (3σ) and the peak current is linear with the increasing concentration of complementary DNA target from 0.1 fM to 0.1 µM. This genosensor also possesses good specificity, acceptable stability and reproducibility toward CYFRA21-1, and was successfully applied for the detection of CYFRA21-1 in real serum samples.

Abstract:Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death around the world. The circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) of EGFR L858R in plasma is crucial for development, targeted drug therapy, and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer, the main type of lung cancer. Accurately detecting ctDNA using conventional methods is challenging due to its characteristics, such as considerably short size, extremely low level, and short half-life. Thus, developing a rapid, accurate, and cost-effective method for ctDNA EGFR L858R detection is urgently needed. Herein, we developed an electrochemical biosensor of ctDNA EGFR L858R based on the CRISPR/Cas12a system and MB/ Fe3O4@COF/PdAu nanocomposites. The CRISPR/Cas12a system played roles in the precise recognition of ctDNA targets and indistinguishable cleavage of single-stranded DNA. Additionally, the MB/Fe3O4@COF/PdAu nano composite has good catalytic activity and signal amplification performance. The proposed electrochemical biosensor showed high specificity, stability, and selectivity. Notably, the limit of detection of the proposed biosensor was 3.3 aM. The detection results of 25 clinical samples showed that 22 and 20 positive samples were detected by electrochemical detection and droplet digital polymerase chain reaction, respectively. Therefore, we established a high-precision, reliable, and convenient method for ctDNA detection, which has a potential application in the diagnosis and prognosis of cancer.
Dual-signal ratiometric electrochemical immunosensor constructed with snowflake-like FeSe 2 -AuNPs and PAA-ZIF@TB for sensitive detection of CYFRA21-1

Abstract:In this study, a ratiometric electrochemical immunosensor has been developed to detect the cytokeratin 19 fragment 21–1 (CYFRA21-1) biomarker in a highly sensitive manner through a dual-signal output model. As one of signal indicators, snowflake-like FeSe 2 loaded with AuNPs (FeSe 2 -AuNPs) as sensing substrate with good conductivity and large active sites provides a differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) signal at +0.4 V. Another signal indicator, toluidine blue (TB) with the water-solubility property is an excellent redox probe that can generate DPV signal at −0.3 V. To solve the water-solubility problem, the TB is absorbed with polyacrylic acid (PAA) functionalized ZIF-67 (PAA-ZIF-67), which retains the properties of ZIF-67 that are large specific surface area and strong adsorption properties. The ratio of signals, stemmed from and FeSe 2 -AuNPs (I/I FeSe2-AuNPs ), increases with the CYFRA21-1 concentration. Under optimal experimental conditions, CYFRA21-1 was detected in a wide dynamic range from 0.1 pg/mL to 100 ng/mL, with a lower limit of detection of 0.02 pg/mL. Looking ahead, this ratio based strategy provides prospective clinical applications for detecting other biomarkers.

Abstract:Herein, we presented a simple ultra-sensitive "on-off-on" electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor that uses copper nanoclusters (CuNCs) synthesized via a DNA nanoribbon (DNR) template (DNR-CuNCs) as a sensing platform coupled with target-cycle amplification for the sensitive and rapid detection of cancer cells that overexpress proteins. DNR templated DNR-CuNCs, a well-ordered ECL emitter, was integrated into the nucleic acid framework structure to self-assembly, which enhanced the ECL intensity benefit from reduced band gap and accelerated electron transfer reaction of CuNCs. Additionally, an optimized exonuclease III (Exo III)-assisted cycle amplification method was introduced to efficiently convert trace target biomarkers into a substantial output of DNA, significantly improving target conversion efficiency and boosting the ECL signal. Consequently, MUC1 proteins were sensitively detected by the ECL biosensor throughout a broad concentration range, from 1 fg·mL −1 to 1 ng·mL −1 , with a low limit of detection (LOD) of 0.061 fg·mL −1 , and successfully detected MUC1-overexpressing cancer cells (using MCF-7 cancer cells as a model), accurately identifying MCF-7 cells in the concentration range of 10–100,000 cells·mL −1 with a LOD of 5 cells·mL −1 . This research, for the first time, introduced a DNR-CuNCs ECL biosensor for the highly sensitive detection of living cells and their associated surface proteins. The detection of biomarker proteins and specific cells is greatly promising by applying this simple, sensitive, and specific strategy.

Abstract:Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer with poor survival, in part because that half of the cases are already in advanced stage when they are diagnosed. In response to this issue, the present work constructed a novel electrochemical biosensor for sensitive detection of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) related to NSCLC. Specifically, polyethyleneimine (PEI) and covalent organic framework (COFTAPB-TFPB) functionalized nitrogen-doped graphene (NG) nanocomposite (NG-PEI-COFTAPB-TFPB) was designed and employed as sensing platform for the first time. NG-PEI-COFTAPB-TFPB with porous structure and good conductivity showed a synergistic effect on promoting electron transfer, which could provide large specific surface area and active sites to increase the immobilization of capture probe (CP). In addition, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) decorated Fe-based metal-organic framework (Fe-MOF) were labeled with signal probe (SP) to form tracer label, which would attach to the electrode surface by sandwich hybridization of target probe (TP) with CP and SP. Consequently, FeIII from Fe-MOF could react with K4[Fe(CN)6] to form electroactive prussian blue, generating a significantly amplified electrochemical detection signal. Under optimum conditions, the proposed DNA biosensor displayed a broad linear range for ctDNA determination from 100 fM to 100 nM with a detection limit of 7.65 fM. Moreover, the biosensor was successfully fabricated to assay ctDNA in human serum, indicating the potential for cancer diagnosis. More importantly, the high sensitivity and satisfactory stability of this biosensor make it a promising method to detect other biomolecules by changing the corresponding sequences of CP and SP.

Abstract:Herein, a self on electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor was constructed by pH stimuli response controlled release strategy, in which SiO 2 -PEI as the carrier, BSA/luminol-Ab 2 as the encapsulated substance, gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) as the blocking cap, glucose as the inducer. In addition, CeO 2 –Au was used as catalyst, which generated more O 2 •- to increase the ECL signal. Under the action of voltage, the glucose was oxidized to gluconic acid, which induced the pH to decrease accordingly. Therefore, Au NPs were stimulated to fall from the surface of SiO 2 -PEI, releasing the BSA/luminol-Ab 2 to realize self on mode. With such design, the constructed self on ECL biosensor owned an ultrasensitive detection capacity of CYFRA 21–1, showing an excellent linear relationship in the range of 0.001–100000 ng/L and 0.4 fg/mL low limit of detection (LOD). It provided an innovative idea for the biosensor construction to clinical detection of lung cancer.

Abstract:We constructed a novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) detection assay using carboxyl-functionalized molybdenum disulfide (carboxyl-MoS2) nanocomposites as a signal amplification sensing film for the ultrasensitive detection of the lung cancer-associated biomarker cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21-1). The experiment succeeded in MoS2 reacted with chloroacetic acid giving carboxyl-MoS2 as the reaction product. The additional shoulder in the C 1s and O 1s peaks of carboxyl-MoS2, which were increased in X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, confirmed the presence of O–C=O groups on the surface of the carboxyl-MoS2. Compared to MoS2, the experimental results confirmed that carboxyl-modified MoS2 had improved low impedance and low refractive index. The carboxyl-MoS2-based chip had a high affinity, with an SPR angle shift enhanced by 2.6-fold and affinity binding KA enhanced by 15-fold compared to a traditional SPR sensor. The results revealed that the carboxyl-MoS2-based chip had high sensitivity, specificity, and SPR signal affinity, while the CYFRA21-1 assay in spiked clinical serum showed a lower detection limit of 0.05 pg/mL and a wider quantitation range (0.05 pg/mL to 100 ng/mL). The carboxyl-MoS2-based chip detection value was about 104 times more sensitive than the limit of detection of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (0.60 ng/mL). The results showed that the carboxyl-MoS2-based chip had the potential to rapidly assay complex samples including bodily fluids, whole blood, serum, plasma, urine, and saliva in SPR-based immunosensors to diagnose diseases including cancer.

Abstract:Background: In recent years, miRNAs have emerged as potentially valuable tumor markers, and their sensitive and accurate detection is crucial for early screening and diagnosis of tumors. However, the analysis of miRNAs faces significant challenges due to their short sequence, susceptibility to degradation, high similarity, low expression level in cells, and stringent requirements for in vitro research environments. Therefore, the development of sensitive and efficient new methods for the detection of tumor markers is crucial for the early intervention of related tumors. Results: An ultrasensitive electrochemical/colorimetric dual-mode self-powered biosensor platform is established to detect microRNA-21 (miR-21) via a multi-signal amplification strategy. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and VS4 nanosheets self-assembled 3D nanorods (VS4-Ns-Nrs) are prepared for constructing a superior performance enzyme biofuel cell (EBFC). The double-signal amplification strategy of Y-shaped DNA nanostructure and catalytic hairpin assembly (CHA) is adopted to further improve enhance the strength and specificity of the output signal. In addition, a capacitor is matched with EBFC to generate an instantaneous current that is amplified several times, and the output detection signal is improved once more. At the same time, electrochemical and colorimetric methods are used for dual-mode strategy to achieve the accuracy of detection. The linear range of detection is from 0.001 pg/mL to 1000 pg/mL, with a relatively low limit of detection (LOD) of 0.16 fg/mL (S/N = 3). Significance: The established method enables accurate and sensitive detection of markers in patients with lung cancer, providing technical support and data reference for precise identification. It is anticipated to offer a sensitive and practical new technology and approach for early diagnosis, clinical treatment, and drug screening of cancer and other related major diseases.
