Abstract:ZnIn 2 S 4 is synthesized by thermal sulfidation of a Zn—In mixed oxide precursor with dry H 2 S gas for 4 h at either 300 °C yielding cubic ZnIn 2 S 4 or at 800 °C resulting in rhombohedral ZnIn 2 S 4 .
