Three New Eremophilane Glucosides from Syneilesis Aconitifolia

Abstract:Three new eremophilane glucosides, 3α-hydroxy-7β-eremophila-9,11(E)-dien-8-one-12-O-β-d- glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), 3α-hydroxy-7β-eremophila-9,11(E)-dien-8-one-3,12-di-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), and 3α-hydroxy-7α-eremophila-9,11(E)-dien-8-one-12-O -β-d-glucopyranoside (3), along with thirteen known compounds (4–16) were isolated from the roots of Syneilesis aconitifolia. The compounds were identified by the extensive use of 1D and 2D NMR experiments, together with IR and HRESIMS spectra.
