Abstract:The invention discloses a medical image processing method, device and equipment. The method comprises the following steps: determining a first image picture and a second image picture of a human brain; extracting feature areas from the first image picture and the second image picture, matching the feature areas of the first image picture and the second image picture according to preset feature conditions, and performing affine transformation on the first image picture according to the matched feature areas between the first image picture and the second image picture. According to the technicalscheme disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the image pictures including radiography and no radiography are matched according to the characteristic region; the feature area can comprise morefeature information, the image picture is matched more accurately based on the feature area, accurate affine transformation is conducted on the first image picture according to the matching result, and the transformed first image picture and the transformed second image picture are made to be approximately consistent in size and image content distribution position.
