胃腺癌中 PTEN、VEGF 的表达和 Ki67增殖指数关系的研究

Abstract:Objective It is to detect the expressions of PTEN , VEGF and Ki67, and analyze their clinical significance on different pathological characteristics in gastric adenocarcinoma .Methods 84cases of gastric adenocarcinoma specimens and clinical data were selected to study .The expressions of PTEN , VEGF and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry meth-od.The positive rate expressios of PTEN, VEGF and Ki67 were analyzed in neoplasm.Results There were significant differ-ences in the expression of Ki67 among different PTEN expression or VEGF expression (all P<0.05).The expression of PTEN was correlated with extrusive muscle layer and cancer embolus ( all P<0.05) .The expression of VEGF was correlated with lymph node quantity and differentiated degree (all P<0.05).The expression of Ki67 was correlated with muscle layer invasion and tumor size (all P<0.05).Conclusion There were correlation among the expression of PTEN , VEGF and Ki67. Their abnormal expression can promote the progression of gastric adenocarcinoma .The suppressor tumor function of PTEN and the promotion tumor function of VEGF may be correlated with the regulation of Ki 67 on proliferation .
