Abstract:Based on the investigation, it is found that the concept of instruction, research and scholarship, between which there exists a kind of interdependence, unity. On the condition of the intrinsic logical relations, further discussion is launched the possibility and necessity of the practical epistemology on the topic of “teaching is the research, namely scholarship”. Furthermore, the thesis, on the basis of the analysis above, expounds instruction, the practice of the path, on part of the teachers in primary and secondary acts as a research activity” and “and as an scholarship achievement”, and eventually reach a value of “the new practical epistemology”.
