Modulation of the proliferation and cytotoxicities of NK,γ δ ＋ T and CTL by anti-CD94 mAb

Abstract:Aim To explore the correlation of anti-CD94 mAb with the NK cell,γ δ ＋ T cell and CTL proliferation and cytotoxicities. Methods The lymphocytic proliferations, CD94 molecular expression and the effect of anti-CD94 mAb on their cytotoxic activities were studied by 3H-TdR incorporation assay, immunoflurescence assay and MTT test,respectively. Results CD94 molecular expressions on NK and γ δ ＋ T cells were obviously higher than those on PBL.Anti CD94 mAb could accelerate three lymphocytic proliferation and enhance their cytotoxicities. Conclusions CD94 molecules are highly expressed on the NK and γ δ ＋ T cells. The molecule plays the roles of accelerating the proliferation the three types of lymphocyte and enhancing the cytotoxicities of the γ δ ＋ T cells and CTL
