Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the spectra of invertible weighted composition operators with automorphism symbols, on Hardy space H-2(B-N) and weighted Bergman spaces A(alpha)(2)(B-N), where B-N is the unit ball of the N-dimensional complex space. By taking N = 1, B-N = D the unit disc, we also complete the discussion about the spectrum of a weighted composition operator when it is invertible on H-2(D) or A(alpha)(2)(D).

Abstract:The spectrum of a weighted composition operator C-psi,C-phi that is induced by an automorphism has been investigated for over 50 years. However, many results are got only under the condition that the weight function psi is continuous up to the boundary. In this paper we study the spectra and essential spectra of C-psi,C-phi on weighted Bergman spaces when phi is an elliptic automorphism, without the assumption that psi is continuous up to the boundary.

Abstract:Suppose $(C_t)_{t\geq0}$ is the composition semigroup induced by a one-parameter semigroup $(\varphi_t)_{t\geq0}$ of analytic self-maps of the unit disk. The main purpose of the paper is to investigate the spectrum of the infinitesimal generator of $(C_t)_{t\geq0}$ acting on the weighted Bergman space induced by doubling weights, provided $(\varphi_t)_{t\geq0}$ is elliptic. The method applied is a certain spectral mapping theorem and a characterization of the spectra of certain composition operators. Eventual norm-continuity of $(C_t)_{t\geq0}$ also plays an important role, which can be depicted in terms of studying the difference of two distinct composition operators. As a byproduct, we also characterize a certain compact integral operator that is closely related to the resolvent of the infinitesimal generator of $(C_t)_{t\geq0}$.

Abstract:We obtain some results about the spectrum and the upper semi-Fredholm spectrum of weighted composition operators on uniform algebras, assuming that the corresponding map maps the Shilov boundary onto itself. In particular, it follows from our results that in the case of analytic uniform algebras the spectrum is a connected rotation invariant subset of the complex plane, and that the upper semi-Fredholm spectrum is rotation invariant as well.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate when weighted composition operators acting on Dirichlet spaces [Formula: see text] are complex symmetric with respect to some special conjugations. We then provide some characterizations of Hermitian weighted composition operators on [Formula: see text]. Furthermore, we give a sufficient and necessary condition for [Formula: see text]-symmetric weighted composition operators on Hardy spaces [Formula: see text] to be unitary or Hermitian, then some new examples of complex symmetric weighted composition operators on [Formula: see text] are obtained. Abstract:This paper identifies a class of complex symmetric weighted composition operators on H 2 (D) that includes both the unitary and the Hermitian weighted composition operators, as well as a class of normal weighted composition operators identified by Bourdon and Narayan. A characterization of algebraic weighted composition operators with degree no more than two is provided to illustrate that the weight function of a complex symmetric weighted composition operator is not necessarily linear fractional.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study sparse domination estimates of composition operators in the setting of complex function theory. The method originates from proofs of the A2 theorem for Calderón-Zygmund operators in harmonic analysis. Using this tool from harmonic analysis, some new characterizations are given for the boundedness and compactness of weighted composition operators acting between weighted Bergman spaces in the upper half plane. Moreover, we establish a new weighted type estimate for the holomorphic Bergman-class functions, for a new class of weights, which is adapted to Sawyer–testing conditions. We also extend our results to the unit ball B in Cn.

Abstract:In this paper,the authors study the composition operators and weighted composition operators on Bergman spaces of bounded symmetric domains in C~n.The necessary condition for a composition operator with closed range is obtained by using bounded symmetric domains under the Bergman metric decompositions. Specially,the authors obtain a necessary condition for a composition operator to be closed-range by using the equivalence norms of Bergman spaces and Sobolev spaces.In the last section, they characterize selfadjont weighted composition operator and Fredholm composition operator.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to introduce the sparse domination technique, which originates from Lerner's celebrated proof of $A_2$ theorem, into the subject of complex function theory. Abstract:We consider the weighted composition operators between Hardy spaces on the unit ball, and obtain some sufficient and necessary conditions of bounded or compact weighted composition operators. We also prove that the operator from H1 to H1 is compact if and only if it is weakly compact. Meanwhile, we get the analogue on the Bergman spaces.

Abstract:In this work we characterize the bounded and the compact weighted composition operators from the space H^∞ of bounded analytic functions on the open unit disk into the Zygmund space and the little Zygmund space. We also provide boundedness and compactness criteria of the weighted composition operators from the Bloch space into the little Zygmund space. In particular, we show that the bounded operators between these spaces are necessarily compact.

Abstract:We provide several characterizations of the bounded and the compact weighted composition operators from the Bloch space and the analytic Besov spaces (with ) into the Zygmund space . As a special case, we show that the bounded (resp., compact) composition operators from , , and to coincide. In addition, the boundedness and the compactness of the composition operator can be characterized in terms of the boundedness (resp., convergence to 0, under the boundedness assumption of the operator) of the Zygmund norm of the powers of the symbol.
