Abstract:College students, as group of active personality and diversity, have increasingly complicated thought conditionsin the new era, whichhas brought more challenges for ideological and political education. Therefore, there is an urgent need for all-round innovation of university students' ideological and political education. This article makes innovation researchfrom four aspects of concept, content, target and method.College students are high cultural quality social group, but because they have not really worked in society, their thoughtsare generally not mature enough. Especially in today's rapid changing of social situation, strengthen the ideological and political education can not only promote more harmonious university campus, at the same time cultivate more high-quality talentsfor state and society. For the education of college students in colleges and universities, as the change of social demand changes, the traditional mode of ideological and political education has lagged behind the social development, in order to adapt to era development needs, the ideological and political education mode must have comprehensive innovation and transformation, continuously improve the level of their ideological and political education to promote the growing of attraction and radiation and full play of education effect. All-round innovation of ideological and political education pattern can be taken out from the ideological and political education concept, objectives, and methods, etc.
