Chinese Consumers' Preferences For Attributes Of Fresh Milk: A Best-Worst Approach

Abstract:Fresh milk represents a major type of dairy product in China, while it remains at a low level in terms of consumption. Consumers' preferences are a crucial factor determining consumers' attitudes and behavior towards fresh milk consumption. However, little is known about what drives consumers' preferences for fresh milk. This study intends to fill this gap based on a survey with a sample of 1248 respondents in ten cities in China. The best-worst scaling (BWS) method was employed to measure the importance of different attributes that consumers consider when selecting fresh milk. The BWS result indicates that safety certification, shelf-life, and nutrition were ranked as the most important attributes of fresh milk, whereas origin, purchasing location, and package were found to be the least preferred attributes. Furthermore, the study also explored heterogeneities by dividing all samples into a developed area and a less developed area, and a latent class model (LCM) was then applied to classify consumers based on their preferences and demographics in these two areas, respectively. In developed areas, consumers were divided into "Safety First" and "Taste Sensitive", and Gender and Age were significant determinants of class membership. In less developed areas, consumers were classified as "Quality Sensitive" and "Brand Sensitive", while Education, Pregnancy, and Health condition were significant determinants of class membership. The findings might be useful for the government in terms of encouraging dairy companies to implement safety management certification, and suggest that companies should design differentiated strategies in different areas.
Practices and values regarding milk consumption among pre-schoolers in Bangkok

Abstract:Purpose: Thai government agencies and the business sector have been promoting milk consumption. Considering the robust and continual movements by those actors to promote milk consumption among children in Thailand at the national level, this study aims to investigate milk-consumption practices and values towards milk consumption at pre-school, family and individual levels. Methods: This cross-sectional qualitative study employs observation and interview methods, along with the Ecological System Theory as a framework. Data were collected from three kindergartens used by families of varying socio-economic status, and the homes of 18 pre-schoolers, aged 3-5 years old, attending these kindergartens, from October 2013-September 2014. Results: Findings reveal kindergartens implemented daily routines to make children drink milk. Practices at home include (i) overfeeding of milk, (ii) preference for fortified milk and (iii) using sweetness to make children drink milk. These practices were underpinned by values that milk is good for children and good parents feed their children milk. These values, in combination with other macro-level measures such as the government's milk-promotion campaigns and the milk industry's marketing, influence the milk-drinking practices of pre-schoolers. Conclusion: The promotion of the benefits of milk prompted children to exceed the recommended milk consumption of 400ml per day. Balanced information on moderation in milk drinking was absent.
Marketing Strategy Research in China's Dairy Industry: A Comparative Analysis between Mengniu and Yili

Abstract:Dairy industry is a significant part of the national economy. Population, GDP per capita, income level of urban residents and dietary structure are all important factors affecting the development of dairy industry. Did though Chinese dairy products start late, they developed rapidly after the reform and opening up, and the milk production increased rapidly with a double-digit annual growth rate, much higher than the world average level of 1% during the same period. In particular, as the leading enterprises in China's dairy industry, Mengniu and Yili have become the world leaders in just a few years. The article starts from the domestic and foreign markets of Mengniu and Yili, studying the strategic objectives, using marketing theories, such as STP theory, conducts comparative analysis from the aspects of consumers, market positioning, marketing strategies, and summarizing their current situation and future development trends. By studying the business activities of Mengniu and Yili, the paper explores the development law of milk products, summarizes the successful management strategy, and puts forward the strategy to promote the sustainable and healthy development of milk products.

Abstract:OBJECTIVETo study the relationship between milk intake of 3 - 6 years old preschool children and their growth.METHODSThe data bank of 2002 China National and Health Survey were used to analyze the relationship of milk consumption and the growth of children aged 3 - 6 in urban and rural areas.RESULTSThe percentages of the diet with milk in urban and rural areas were 46.9% and 8.2% respectively, there was significant difference between the urban and rural areas. The averaged milk intake of preschool children were 23.8 g/d, the milk intake of urban children was significantly higher than that in the rural areas (P < 0.01). The height and weight of children with milk or its products in their diets in the group aged 4, 5 and 6 years were significantly higher than those of children without milk or its products in their diets (P < 0.05).CONCLUSIONThere was close relationship between milk intake of children 3 - 6 years old and their growth, the volume of milk intake of preschool children should be improved in urban and rural areas.

Abstract:Dairy products have an exceptionally rich nutrient profile and have long been promoted in high income countries to redress child malnutrition. But given all this potential, and the high burden of undernutrition in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), why isn't dairy consumption more actively promoted in the developing world? In this review we focus on a broadly defined concept of "dairy development" to include production, trade, marketing, regulation, and demand stimulation. We address three key questions. First, how strong is the evidence on the importance of dairy production and consumption for improving nutrition among young children in LMICs? Second, which regions have the lowest consumption of dairy products? Third, what are the supply- and demand-side challenges that prevent LMICs from expanding dairy consumption? We argue that although more nutrition- and consumer-oriented dairy development interventions have tremendous potential to redress undernutrition in LMICs, the pathways for achieving this development are highly context-specific: LMICs with significant agroecological potential for dairy production primarily require institutional solutions for the complex marketing challenges in perishable milk value chains; lower potential LMICs require consumer-oriented trade and industrial approaches to the sector's development. And all dairy strategies require a stronger focus on cross-cutting issues of nutrition education and demand creation, food safety and quality, gender and inclusiveness, and environmental sustainability and resilience. We conclude our review by emphasizing important areas for research and policy expansion.
Study of the infant and young child feeding practice in some areas of China and across-country comparison

Abstract:【Objective】 To study the situation of infant and young child feeding(IYCF) practice in research areas of China,to compare the IYCF indicators between research areas and other developing countries,so as to find out the existing problems in China.【Methods】 A cross-sectional study with three-stage stratified random sampling method was conducted,and totally 3 708 caregivers of children under 2 years old from 40 counties in central and western China were selected to investigate their feeding practices with standard questionnaire designed by UNICEF.8 indicators listed in the WHO document "Indicators for assessing infant and young child feeding practice" were analyzed and compared with the data of other 46 developing countries published by WHO in 2010.【Results】 The rates of early initiation of breastfeeding,exclusive breastfeeding under 6 months,continued breastfeeding at 1 year,and continued breastfeeding at 2 years in research areas of China,which were ranked 34,39,44 and 45 respectively in 47 countries,were lower than the average of other developing countries.The rate of introduction of solid,semi-solid or soft foods and minimum dietary diversity were ranked in top 20%,but the complementary feeding was generally too early.【Conclusions】 Great efforts should be made to improve early initiation of breastfeeding and continued breastfeeding in these areas.Also measures should be taken to change the practice of breastfeeding with water and early complementary food intake.Providing the knowledge of IYCF and health education should play an important part in improving infant and young child feeding practice in China.
[Consumption status and growth trends of dairy products among children and adolescents in China from 1991 to 2018]

Abstract:Objective: To explore the dairy consumption among children and adolescents aged 7-17 in China. Methods: 10 rounds of follow-up data from the "China Health and Nutrition Survey" from 1991 to 2018 were collected, and individuals aged 7-17 were selected as the study subjects. Dietary data was collected by using 3-day 24-hour dietary review method and household weighing accounting method(edible oils and seasonings). Dairy consumption was calculated by converting various dairy products into liquid milk intake using the China Food Composition. After excluding those with missing demographic information, missing data from the "3 days and 24 hours" dietary survey, and abnormal daily energy intake, 18 529 participants were included in the final analysis. Joinpoint regression model was used to analyze the trend of changes in dairy intake. Results: The dairy consumption rate increased from 2.8% in 1991 to 42.3% in 2018, while it increased from 8.4% to 58.8% in urban and from 0.9% to 32.1% in rural areas. Meanwhile, the proportion of people whose dairy intake reaches the recommended intake(300 g/d) increased from 0.2% to 3.0%, and the proportion in rural area was 2.0%, which was lower than that in urban areas(4.9%). From 1991 to 2018, dairy intake increased at a rate of 12.97%(P=0.02), and the growth rate of urban and rural areas were 9.79%(P=0.03) and 15.67%(P<0.01), respectively. There was a faster growth trend from 1991-2004 compared to 2004-2018. The growth rate in urban and rural areas also showed different growth trends. Conclusion: The dairy intake of children and adolescents aged 7-17 in China improved significantly from 1991 to 2018, with higher consumption rate in urban areas than in rural areas, but it still need to be improved for health.

Abstract:Background: To improve dairy consumption among children, it is crucial to explore probable barriers and facilitators toward it. The current qualitative study aims to discover barriers and facilitators of dairy intake among school-age children in Tehran to suggest strategies to improve it based on the optimal components of social marketing. Methods: In a qualitative study, 111 school-age children (mean age 10.08±0.57 years) were selected by purposive sampling with maximum diversity from primary schools in three areas of Tehran. Sixteen focus group discussions (FGDs) were separately conducted among students in different grades. Contents of the FGDs were analyzed using MAXQDA 2010. Results: Food and nutrition literacy, improvement of attitude and trust-building, training taste and food preferences were the main facilitators to increase dairy products among school-age children. Barriers related to dairy products consumption included negative attitudes toward dairy products, unsound tastes, and unhealthy food preferences. The main suggested strategies to increase dairy consumption were improvement of the products' sensory and non-sensory characteristics, providing the milk and dairy products consumption experience for free, improvement of the quality of preserving places, enhancing physical and economic availability of dairy products. Dairy stores and school buffets were mentioned as the best places for supply. Encouragement and motivation, education and information, modeling and promoting appropriate culture were suggested as the main promotion strategies. Conclusion: To provide practical strategies for increasing dairy consumption among children, the perceived barriers and facilitators mentioned by them should be addressed.
Feeding Practices In 105 Counties Of Rural China

Abstract:China has the largest population in the world with more than 70% of the people living in rural areas. Over 34% of children under the age of 5 years are responded to show moderate or severe growth stunting, so United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund and Chinese Ministry of Health conducted this large-scale survey in China. This study aimed to learn the feeding practice, to find the problems in child-feeding practice and to provide evidence for the government to develop an approach to child malnutrition in rural China.A structured questionnaire was used to survey 21 036 mothers of children with age of 0-24 months.Of the 20 915 children, 98.22% were breastfeeding and 24.36% were exclusively breastfeeding. The proportion of children with weekly protein intake was 78.47%. Among the infants under 4 months, the risk of pneumonia in the group of exclusive breastfeeding was 1.69%, while in the group of non-exclusive breastfeeding was 3.63%, showing a statistically significant difference between the two groups. The risk of diarrhoea in the group of exclusive breastfeeding and in the group of non-exclusive breastfeeding among the infants under 4 months was 24.37% and 40.86%, respectively, also showing a statistically significant difference between the two groups. For children with age 4-6 months, the complementary feeding contributed to a higher prevalence of diarrhoea, but not pneumonia.The breastfeeding was very common, but the exclusive breastfeeding was quite low and the exclusive breastfeeding for children under the age of 4 months decreased the risks of pneumonia and diarrhoea. For children with age 4-6 months, the exclusive breastfeeding could decrease the risk of diarrhoea, too. Protein intake was insufficient for children in rural China. The rural people lacked health knowledge and were greatly influenced by traditional feeding practices.
Analysis for food intake among school-aged children in poor rural areas

Abstract:Objective To explore food intake among school-aged children from poor rural areas of China.MethodsThirty-one rural primary school from one to six grade were investigated using the self-design questionnaire.5 provinces including Qinghai, Gansu, Hebei, Henan, Hei longjiang were included.Food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) was used to investigate the frequency of different food intake and scores were used to measure food consumption.ResultsDietary pattern of the children in the study area was high frequency of plant-based foods (grains, vegetables, fruits), and low frequency of intake of animal foods.10.7% of children "rarely intake" meat;Frequency of meat intake in left-behind children was higher than the children cared by parents (P<0.05);67.2% children were the Balance food consumption pattern, 14.9% of them were Low-animal food type, 6.3% of them were Lack of Fruits and Vegetables type.59.9% of investigated children can be classified into High-Snacks & Drinks type.Children from Hebei and Qinghai provinces had low intakes of animal foods, vegetable and fruit foods.The frequency and type of snacks and beverage intake were high among the rural area school children.54.7% and 63.1% of school children often drink and eat snacks respectively.Instant noodles and milk drinks were their favorite.The food intake structure of first and second grade was the worst, with less than enough the intake of meat, vegetables and fruits and more snacks and drinks.ConclusionSchool-aged children in poor rural areas mainly adopted plant-based foods intake pattern, dairy, meat and egg intake was insufficient, especially lack of poultry meat intake among first and second grade.At the same time, rural children more likely to intake snacks and drinks, which had low nutritional value.In process of precisely reducing poverty in children in poor areas, Increase high-protein food supply and decrease snack and drinks marked supply were both recommended.

Consumer preferences for sustainably produced ultra-high-temperature milk in China

Abstract:Contrary to ongoing declines in per capita milk consumption in the United States and Europe, per capita milk consumption in China is experiencing dramatic increases, making China one of the most dynamic global dairy markets. Meeting the rapid growth in milk demand presents environmental challenges under current dairy farm production in China. This article measures Chinese consumer valuation of environmentally sustainable milk and of correlated attributes such as food safety and geographic origin. The authors used a discrete choice experiment to collect survey data from a stratified sample of respondents in 5 cities. Applying a mixed logit demand model to the data, they estimated the probability of choosing sustainably produced UHT pasteurized milk over conventional milk, as well as consumers' willingness to pay for the sustainably produced milk. Empirical results confirm that, overall, consumers value sustainably produced milk as they are willing to pay a premium of $2.01/L, well above the cost of conventional milk. Consumer segments more likely to purchase sustainably produced milk include the young, males, and childless households, as well as those already concerned about the environment and food safety. In addition, this article also finds that consumers exhibit a strong degree of home bias in that they prefer domestic brands with domestically sourced raw milk. Valuable new knowledge is provided for policy makers, producers, and marketers interested in designing marketing strategies, and for other researchers interested in general food sustainability issues.
Comparison of Dietary Behavior Among Middle School Students in Beijing and Cities of Hebei

Abstract:Objective To learn status and differences of dietary behavior between middle school students in Beijing and Hebei in 2005,and to provide basis for dietary interventions.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 18 259 middle school students in Beijing and Hebei by using Chinese Adolescent Health Related Behavior Questionnaire.Results Report rates of unhealthy behavior such as drinking a lot of soft drinks,eating desserts and snacks of Beijing students were higher than Hebei students,but their healthy behavior report rate such as eating breakfast every day,drinking milk usually was also higher than Hebei students.Incidence of unhealthy and healthy dietary behaviors was high among students whose mothers' education level was high.In Hebei,there were more unhealthy dietary behaviors among junior school students.In Beijing,there was no difference between junior school students and high school students about dietary behaviors.Conclusion The students' unhealthy dietary behaviors may increase as the developing of social economy.Related measures should be established according to students' character and publicity of health dietary should be strengthened.

Abstract:Breastmilk is widely regarded as the healthiest choice for both infants and mothers due to its numerous advantages over formula, such as higher concentrations of essential nutrients and antibodies, easier digestion, and superior taste. The World Health Organization International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes was adopted over 40 years ago to mitigate the effects of infant formula marketing on a woman’s decision to breastfeed. Yet, the commercial formula milk industry has continued to market their products aggressively and through an increasing variety of social media channels. This study examines the impact of formula milk marketing on specific components of the health system to understand how systems that are built to support and sustain breastfeeding may have been captured and repurposed by industry practices. As part of A Multi-country Study of Early Infant Feeding Decisions, this qualitative study was conducted in two representative cities in China, Beijing and Jinan, in 2020. The participants were recruited through convenience sampling and snowballing sampling methods. Data were collected through 40 in-depth interviews and 10 focus group discussions with health professionals, pregnant women, and formula milk marketing executives. A thematic analytical method was used to analyze the main themes and sub-themes that detail the characteristics of formula milk marketing and its impact on the health system in China. Our results identified the most common practices used by the formula milk industry to reach health workers as well as mothers and their families through health systems. Such practices include (1) provider/facility-based marketing to sponsor academic activities (e.g., seminars, conferences, and research projects) and promote specialized infant formula that targets health care providers and facilities, which influence the health consultations and recommendations provided by health professionals to mothers and families; and (2) receiver-based marketing that targets Chinese women and increases marketing exposure through lectures provided by maternity schools at health facilities during the antenatal period and health promotion activities organized by formula milk companies outside of facilities during the postnatal care period. Formula milk marketing aims to influence the practices and services within the health system in China, both directly through health professionals and facilities, and also indirectly by targeting mothers. These marketing strategies have impacted the perceptions of providers on formula milk, and strategies targeting consumers have aimed to further influence and undermine mothers’ intentions to continue breastfeeding. Stricter regulation of industry marketing practices is needed to create a supportive environment for mothers to breastfeed.
School Health Education, Student Nutrition Practice and Need Assessment in China

Abstract:Objective To assess school health education and student nutrition work in China and needs of sectors involved for them. Methods With a stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling method, 57 elementary and high schools of 12 cities (counties) were selected for this study in 6 provinces. Students and their parents, teachers, food-service workers, school administrative personnel and administrative personnel in educational sectors were surveyed with different methods including questionnaires, focus group discussion and interview. Results Approximately 90% of the schools had the policy for health education. Some regions had developed the plans for health education. Most schools had health education class. Most health education teachers were part-time teachers and were not trained for health education. Lecture was the major teaching method in implementation of school health education. People had not paid much attention to school health education. The health and nutrition knowledge levels of students, parents, teachers and school food service personnel were quite low; they all expressed a desire for getting more information on health and nutrition. Conclusions Some problems and difficulties occurred in school health education and student nutrition work in China should be solved. People should pay more attention to health education and nutrition. The reform of school health education should be deepened, and health promoting school should be popularized.
Relationship between child feeding practices and malnutrition in 7 remote and poor counties, PR China

Abstract:The World Health Organization reported that inappropriate feeding in children is responsible for one-third of the cases of malnutrition. This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the prevalence of malnutrition and identify the relationship between feeding practices and malnutrition in children below 5 years, in 7 remote and poor counties of China. A sample of 2201 children and 1978 caregivers were obtained with multistage cluster random sampling. A survey about feeding practices among the caregivers was implemented using a structured questionnaire, and the health status of children was evaluated using anthropometric measurements. We found 5 problems: first, high prevalence of stunting, underweight and wasting in children below 5 years old (19.3%, 13.1% and 5.5%); second, short duration of breastfeeding for children below 36 months; third, low prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding among children below 6 months of age and continued breastfeeding to 1 year (17.5% and 32.2%). Fourth, although most of the infants (81.1%) between 6 and 8 months of age were given complementary foods, some of the 6- to 8-month-old infants did not receive any complementary foods. Last, a higher prevalence of stunting among Chinese children who had never been breastfed, who had been breastfed for less than 1 year, or had been fed with semi-solid foods of poor quality. Therefore, we suggest that more programs to increase caregivers' feeding knowledge and practices be conducted, to improve the health of children in remote and poor areas in China.
Analysis of Current Situation Breast-feeding and Complementary Feeding of Children Aged under 2 Years in 105 MCH Cooperative Project Counties

Abstract:Objective] To learn the status of breast-feeding and complementary feeding of children aged under 2 years in 105 MCH cooperative project counties. [Methods] Cross sectional study by household questionnaire investigation. The sample size was 21 036. [Results] Breastfeeding rate in rural area of China was 98. 22 %; exclusive breastfeeding rate was 24. 35 %; the rate of timely complementary foods was 32. 29 % and weekly protein food intake rate was 78. 43%. [Conclusions] Feeding situation varied significantly in different areas. The breastfeeding rate was high, but that of exclusive breastfeeding was low. Exclusive breastfeeding for children under the age of 4 months could reduce incidence of pneumonia and diarrhea. Most women did not know the proper time of introduction and appropriate preparation methods of complementary foods.

The low intake of dairy products accompanied by an increased consumption of soft drinks in this age group reveals some of the reasons for this phenomenon. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the improvement of key micronutrients in preschool children by quantifying the dietary nutritional gap before and after simulating the use of dairy products instead of equal amounts of soft drinks. In the cross-sectional dietary intake survey of infants and young children in China (2018–2019), 676 preschool children aged 3–6 years were randomly selected. Four days of dietary data were collected through an online diary for simulation. The individual intake of soft drinks was substituted at a corresponding volume by soymilk, cow's milk, or formulated milk powder for preschool children (FMP-PSC). In these three models, the simulated nutrient intake and nutrient inadequacy or surplus were compared with the actual baseline data of the survey. The results of this study indicated that all three models made the nutrient intakes of this group more in line with the recommendations. For the whole population, the replacement of soymilk improved the intake of zinc (from 4.80 to 4.85 mg/d), potassium (from 824.26 to 836.82 mg/d), vitamin A (from 211.57 to 213.92 μg retinol activity equivalent/d), and vitamin B9 (from 115.94 to 122.79 μg dietary folate equivalent/d); the simulation of cow's milk improved the intake of calcium (from 311.82 to 330.85 mg/d), zinc (from 4.80 to 4.87 mg/d), potassium (from 824.26 to 833.62 mg/d), vitamin A (from 211.57 to 215.12 μg retinol activity equivalent/d), vitamin B2 (from 0.53 to 0.54 mg/d), and vitamin B12 (from 1.63 to 1.67 μg/d); and the substitution of FMP-PSC improved the intake of calcium (from 311.82 to 332.32 mg/d), iron (from 9.91 to 9.36 mg/d), zinc (from 4.80 to 4.96 mg/d), potassium (from 824.26 to 828.71 mg/d), vitamin A (from 211.57 to 217.93 μg retinol activity equivalent/d), vitamin B2 (from 0.53 to 0.54 mg/d), vitamin B9 (from 115.94 to 118.80 μg RA dietary folate equivalent/d), and vitamin B12 (from 1.63 to 1.70 μg/d). Therefore, correct nutritional information should be provided to parents and preschool children. In addition to changing the consumption behavior of soft drinks, it is also necessary to have a diversified and balanced diet. When necessary, the use of food ingredients or nutritional fortifiers can be encouraged.

Eating Behaviors of Overweight and Normal-weight Children and Adolescents in Five Cities

Abstract:Objective To identify the dietary status of overweight and normal-weight children and adolescents,and to provide evidence for nutrition education and appropriate intervention.Methods Normal-weight and overweight students were selected from 50 primary and secondary schools in 5 cities(Beijing,Xiamen,Guangzhou,Harbin and Lanzhou),according to the results of physical examination in 2005-2006.A self-designed dietary questionnaire was conducted to survey 7 255 students aged from 9 to 15,to find out their dietary status.Results The difference in the rate of skipping breakfast among 5 cities was statistically significant(P0.01).The students in Lanzhou had the highest rate of skipping breakfast.The rate of skipping breakfast of overweight students were higher than that of normal-weight students,and the differences had statistical significance(P0.01).The main reasons of skipping breakfast in all regions were not hungry,not want to eat,or not have enough time.The difference of poor eating behaviors among 5 cities existed,including eating before sleep,not frequently drinking milk(yogurt),prefer eating fats and sweets,prefer eating western-style fast food,prefer drinking carbonated drinks,and food preference,with statistical significance(P0.05).The rate of not frequently drinking milk(yogurt) in overweight students was higher than that in normal-weight students,with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Children and adolescents in 5 cities have poor eating behaviors at different levels.Some of these poor eating behaviors may be risk factors of overweight.Continuous health and nutrition education should be given to children and adolescents to ensure their health.
Multi-modal Analysis of Water Milk Consumption Preferences and Influencing Factors——Based on Shanghai's Generation Z Crowd

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the consumption preference and influencing factors of Buffalo Milk among Shanghai's Generation Z population, to provide marketing strategy references for dairy companies, and to promote the healthy development of Shanghai's Buffalo Milk market.In this paper, we first take the Generation Z population as the main body through network survey and literature survey, and select potential consumers who will buy buffalo milk from them, and then recover the questionnaires to conduct follow-up surveys, organize and analyze the existing buffalo milk industry data, and derive the overall development of Shanghai's Generation Z buffalo milk market, and compare the customer's loyalty to the brand by using the retention index in order to explore the brand equity of each brand. The brand equity of each brand is explored by utilizing the retention index to compare customer loyalty. Secondly, we collect basic data on buffalo milk consumption of Generation Z through online questionnaire survey based on K-Means clustering algorithm for feature extraction, and use word cloud to draw user profiles to find out the consumption preference of buffalo milk crowd. Then, the logistic model is used to explore the significant influencing factors that affect consumers' purchase of buffalo milk. Finally, we provide reasonable and effective suggestions for the "broken circle" problem of buffalo milk.
