Abstract:•We studied the effects of microelements on artificially cultivated M. conica.•We used Nutriagent, a multi-microelement complex fertilizer synthesized by authors.•Microelements promote the mycelia growth and sclerotia formation of M. conica.•ZnSO4·7H2O, Nutriagent and Fe·EDDHA significantly increase yields and qualities.•Contents of six microelements and six heavy metals of the fruit body were assayed.
