Abstract:A molecular aptamer beacon tuned DNA strand displacement reaction was introduced in this work. This strand displacement mode can be used to transform the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) input into a DNA strand output signal for the downstream gates to process. A simple logic circuit was built on the basis of this mechanism.
