Abstract:Fructus Toosendan,as one of galenical familiar local,has been baken and comminuted seriously in this experiment.To the further,satisfactory quantum of petroleum ether solvent is used as extracting agent for 1000 gram of those powder,which acts as leaching process and is operated for three times.As a result,the total mass of educt ingredient,of which the fat-soluble parts of the fructus toosendan extractive is 11.5 gram available.With the help of gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry technology,it is consequential for us to see that 46 species compounds among the mixture have been detected in all,and that 19 of them with the high content are separable on that condition.Such active components are 6.71 gram totally.Afterwards,the structures of these active compounds involved are established on principle.Bicyclo10.1.0tridec-1-ene and 4-(4-ethylcyclohexyl)-1-pentyl-tetrahydrobenzene are the chief component,and there are few of amines and steranes existent.However,more than a half of the structures of these active compounds are subject to establish indeed.
