Abstract:Sale logistics is the logistic activities during the process of transferring the ownership of core enterprise product, also is the process that SCM system. earn a final profit. The sale logistics subsystem of modem company has problems mainly on three aspects of order-handling, customer relationship-establishment and logistics distribution. These problems are quite evident in fast-frozen food industry. It put forwards some general methods to the sale logistics subsystem of enterprise, namely adopting appropriate order-handle pattern, implementing customer relationship management, designing the logistics distribution system. On the base of specifically analyzing the characteristics of the sale logistics subsystem of fast-frozen food productive enterprise, according to the specific problem that exists in the distributing system, it sets up a retailer-customer SCM model ( that is retailer-lead and customer-oriented). It put forwards to set up relevant logistics countermeasure according to the size of order, establishing the replenishment system for the problem of omitting the importance of order size. Basing on the CRM, it makes customer management strategy of sale logistics according to different customer groups, intensifying the customer's attitude-feedback mechanism. The key point is, according to the flaws of unreasonable source-distribution, unsynchronized information and untimely distribution, setting up an optimization model of distribution system, reselecting the position of distributing places, therefore reducing the logistic cost. The empirical study proves that the optimization method proposed is effective and feasible.
