Abstract:The development of the Internet of Things has made online shopping increasingly convenient. There are some significant characteristics of campus express delivery, such as multiple sorting requirements and a large amount of information input and query. Faced with the high-intensity and repetitive processes of information input and classification, it is necessary to make changes through intelligent and automated methods. This paper designs a campus express delivery platform based on WeChat mini-program and database to address the problems of low efficiency and error-proneness in manual sorting of campus express delivery. JSP, JS, PLC, MySQL and other related technologies are used to achieve automatic sorting and express information query for campus express delivery. The platform is highly targeted, practical, and convenient, and can replace manual sorting of parcels. It can operate continuously, quickly, and in large quantities, effectively reducing costs, improving efficiency, and service levels. By using it in conjunction with lockers, campus express delivery pick-up can be timely and adequately allocated, further avoiding conflicts between pick-up peaks and college students' class schedules.
