Research and Application of Intelligent Evaluation System for E-government Website

Abstract:At present,E-government website is evaluated manually,which not only takes a long time,but also seems to be not accurate and objective enough.Therefore,an intelligent evaluation system for E-government website was proposed to assist appraisers.Based on Internet protocols,Internet pages could be downloaded automatically to local computers and then the website content was analyzed and mined through the network analytic technique.A keyword base was built to ensure the completeness and the accuracy of the keywords.Evaluation experience was accumulated in knowledge base.Based on the knowledge,the website was evaluated and scored automatically.The intelligent evaluation system relieves manual labor at a large extent and makes the evaluation more efficient.
