Abstract:The crystal structure of the title compound, C6H8N4S22+.-2C(6)H(7)N(4)S(2)(+.)4C(7)H(4)NO(4)(-), comprises diprotonated diaminobithiazole (DABT) dications located on inversion centers, monoprotonated DABT cations and nitrobenzoate anions. The relatively short C - N( amino) bond distances, ranging from 1.310 (2) to 1.350 (2) angstrom, indicate electron delocalization between the amino groups and thiazole rings. Intermolecular N - H (...) O and N - H (...) N hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal packing.

Abstract:The title compound, C14H14BrNO4, contains a tricyclic ring system including three contiguous stereocenters all of which exhibit an R configuration. The cyclo-hexa-none ring adopts a chair conformation. The central oxane ring assumes a strained envelope conformation, with five of the ring atoms being nearly coplanar with the bromo-phenyl group and with the C atom adjacent to the O atom and fused with the cyclo-hexa-none ring as the flap. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked into a three-dimensional network by C-H⋯O inter-actions.

Abstract:5-Methoxy-3H-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-one was synthesized through three steps with CS2,CH3OH and KOH as raw materials.Then,8-thia-1,6-diazabicyclononane-7,9-dione was synthesized through the reaction of 5-methoxy-3H-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-one with 1,4-dibromobutane,going consecutively through demethylation and intramolecular alkylation.The structures of the target compound were characterized by means of melting point,1HNMR,13CNMR spectra and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The target compound belongs to the triclinic,space group P1,with a=0.784 00(16) nm,b=1.046 4(2) nm,c=1.051 4(2) nm,α=63.84(3)°,β=79.62(3)°,γ=89.42(3)°,V=0.759 2(3) nm3,Z=4,wR(F2)=0.125,μ=0.37 mm-1.

Abstract:The title compound, C24H32O8S center dot C3H6O, features three six-membered and two five-membered rings. The six-membered rings adopt chair, boat and slightly distorted boat conformations whereas one five-membered ring adopts an approximate envelope conformation and the other a twist conformation. Disorder was modelled for the ethylthio group with the ethyl-C atoms resolved over three positions with occupancies of 0.58 (4), 0.23 (4) and 0.19 (3). In the crystal, an O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond links the molecules into chains.

In molecule A, the dihedral angles between the central benzene ring and the pendant chlorobenzene and phenyl rings are 6.37 (15) and 64.79 (15)°, respectively. The corresponding values in molecule B are 28.21 (14) and 82.11 (16)°, respectively. Each molecule features an intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond, which generates an S(5) ring.
