Manufacture Task Allocation Service Based on Grey Theory

Abstract:Through the services of the product manufacture duty and the enterprise resource definitions as well as based on the material detailed list data flow analysis, one kind of intellectualized manufacture task allocation model was established. Based on the ASP pattern, this model used mobile-Agent technology construction, forgave the manufacture duty static assignment, the dynamic allocation and the assignment strategy. Using grey theory to design manufacture task allocation Agent, an evaluating indicator quantification table was established, the analytic hierarchy process was used to determinate evaluating indicator weighting factor, and the solution was carried on using gray relational grade. Through the concrete example's applications, the gray analysis optimization of manufacture task allocation strategy indicates feasibility and superiority.
