Abstract:The scientific development concept comes forth with the development of the times.It perfects the Marxist theories.The economic outlook of circular economy calls for carrying through the cycling of all factors in the interior economic system.The system view of circular economy appeals to construct a large-scale system that contains human beings,information resource, knowledge resource,nature resource,production,consumption,innovation,etc.The conclusive idea about the value conception of circular economy is that labour is the only source of creating the value in the system of circular economy.The conception about production in circular economy incarnates the economic outlook of circular economy in economic construction,is the particulars of large-scale circular economy system in the system view of circular economy,and carries out the value conception of circular economy concretely.The consumption view of circular economy requires to construct resource-saving and environment-friendly society.The innovation concept of circular economy claims to implement excellent innovation and build blueprint ecological civilization according to innovation.The nature outlook of circular economy is the demonstration of the dialectical materialist view of nature in the age of conservation culture.The macrocosm view of circular economy is fundamental thinking that can carry out circular economy in the meaning of whole human beings.Following the view of scientific concept of development,the construction of circular economy has been clarified.
