Abstract:This paper presents the method to support collaborative simulate on the Service-oriented Manufacturing grid. The architecture of collaborative simulation service grid is presented. Two kinds of encapsulation technology are presented to package interactive and non-interactive simulation resources. The paper analyzes the workflow of normal CAE software and presents the abstract flow of CAE in Manufacturing Grid. The engineer can design the simulation process using the field-related knowledge. They don't need to know the technology of services and grid. Publish/subscribe pattern is introduced to inspect the state of simulation task and provides a data sharing approach for collaboration. At last, we introduce the prototype of MG and draw a conclusion.
