Study on Bioactivity of Polysaccharides from Duanaliella Salina

Abstract:To study the bioactivity of polysaccharides from Duanaliella Salina(PDS) by PDS and its acidic fractions,the anti Hela,Loro and SCG7901 tumor cells were studied.Experiment indicated that PDS1 has an similar effect to 5-Fu at the concentration between 10-500μg·ml-1.However,higher dosage and longer time showed promotive effect on cell multiplication.In vitro experiment on anti-FM1 activity indicated that PDS had an obvious effect on cell protection,and its antiviral activity was enhanced with the increase of PDS concentration.In vitro experiment on the proliferation of splenocytes of normal mice indicated that the PDS,PDS1 and PDS2 had some activity of promoting proliferation and the activity became obvious when concentration was above 200μgml
