Abstract:Objective: To investigate the gene expression and protein distribution of cklfsf 2a in the development of mouse testis. Methods: The expressions of gene cklfsf 2a at different stages of mouse testis development were analyzed by RT-PCR respectively. Polyclonal antibody against cklfsf 2a was produced by. The protein distribution and mRNA localization of cklfsf 2a in mouse testis tissue were assesed by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization technique respectively. Results: The expression of cklfsf 2a in testis tissue was firstly detected on 14th day of testis and up-regulated throughout the testis development to the adult stage. The protein and mRNA expression of cklfsf2a were all detected in primary spermatocytes. Conclusion: The expression of cklfsf 2a gene are gradually up-regulated following with development of mouse testis..It might be involve in the development of spermatocytes.
