Abstract:A 48-year-old female patient presented with incomplete paraplegia due to spinal cord hemorrhage without any reason was transferred to our department. She showed neck, shoulder, waist pain, and defecation and urine dysfunction. MRI showed intraspinal subdural hemorrhage in thoracic segment. Digital subtraction angiogaphy was negative and we decided to perform conservative and rahabilitation therapy because of no surgical indications. Pain evaluation was conducted according to the 45 Body Area Graph and Simple MeGill Pain Questionnaire, respectively; motor and sensor are evaluated by the method of American Spinal Injury Association (5th ed, 2000, USA). The results showed obvious improvement.
