Abstract:This paper introduces a new way to design digital clock based on FPGA:DCM(digital clock manager).DCM utilizes fully digital feedback system to acquire de-skew of clocks.It also uses fully digital delay lines allowing robust high-precision control of clock phase and frequency.User can easily program to control clock multiplication,division and phase shift.The implementing schematics and timing simulation wave of DCM are presented.
