Abstract:Stochastic Volterra evolution equations with fractional Brownian motions have been widely used to describe many phenomena involving memories and fractional Gaussian noises in the real world. However, to our best knowledge, to date there is no rigorous mathematical analysis of the existence and uniqueness and regularity of the solutions and numerical approximations to such equations. This paper presents spatial and temporal L p-regularity results for a class of stochastic Volterra evolution equations driven by fractional Brownian motions with the Hurst parameter H ∈ ( 0 , 1 2 ) and ( 1 2 , 1 ). The two cases are treated separately. It is mentioned that some clever techniques are used to overcome the difficulty of the singularity of the covariance of fractional Brownian motions with H ∈ ( 0 , 1 2 ). In addition, we give a full approximation for such equations, performed by the spectral Galerkin method in space and an implicit Euler method combined with a convolution quadrature in time. The obtained regularity properties of the equations help us to finish the strong convergence analysis of the fully discrete scheme. In final, several numerical experiments are demonstrated to substantiate the theoretical findings.
