Abstract:The digital age has led to new resource sharing mechanisms, which require a corresponding adjustment in community governance. Constructing community service ecosystem is not only the adjustment of community governance to the new resource sharing mechanism, but also the reform and innovation of community development to adapt to the new situation. Therefore, a scientific and in-depth understanding of community service ecosystem is the key to improve the quality of community governance. However, the existing researches are only limited to the governance measures and improvement paths in some areas of the community, ignoring the overall systematization of the community, failing to put the elements of the community into the overall consideration of the ecosystem, and lacking the analysis of the structural relations, resources and environment of the community ecosystem. Therefore, we propose a community service ecosystem model (CSEM), which covers multiple subjects such as stakeholders, services, resources, and their relationships. To describe the occurrence and concerns of the evolution of the community service ecosystem, we introduce “evolutionary events”, “features”, and “values”. Finally, we provide an approach to construct CSEM from POI data.
