Abstract:Objective :GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Guanmaining tablet to enrich the study of chemical composition and provide a theoretical basis for quality control.Method :The volatile oil was extracted with steam distillation method according to ChP(2010).The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography,and the relative content of constituents were determined by area normalization method.Results :Forty-one compounds were detected and twenty-eight compounds of them were identified.And the compounds that the relative content was more than 5% were 5,7,8-trimethyl dihydrocoumarin(9.96%),Aromadendrene oxide-(1)(9.20%),4,6,6- trimethyl-2-(3-methylbutyloxy-1,3-dienyl)-3-oxa-tricyclo[5.1.0.0(2,4)]octane(7.61%),cis-santalol(6.92%)and 3-butylene-1(3H)-isobenzofuran furanone(5.22%).Conclusion :The main components in the oil were sesquiterpenes,ketones,alkenes,coumarins,alkanes and alcohol,etc.
