Development of multi-function net communication system between computers and NC machines

Abstract:The multi-function net communication system develops the function and efficiency of NC machines. It contains serial communication and net communication between computers and NC machines. The serial communication transfers data between NC machines and computers via RS-232 serial interface. The more important is that the NC machine can acquire data from the computer automatically when the workers operate at the NC machine. It simplifies the operation process. In addition, the mass data file could be divided into several data files in the serial communication for steady transmission. The net communication utilizes the transport protocols of TCP/IP and UDP. It realizes the functions of monitor, message communication and file transmission via multithreading, and makes the NC machines communicate with the long-distance data center and the control center.
