Abstract:To estimate the life of conic nozzle, the chemical constitution , metallographic and macro-figure, Manson-Haferd parameter and thermal-stress calculation were presented . It has been proved that failure of conic nozzle was caused by the thermal stress. In order to prevent these accidents, availability of the insulation work should be paid more attention to high temperature equipments during industrial process.
