Message Middleware for Cluster Management Systems

Abstract:A message communication middleware, ACMSCom, was designed for large-scale heterogeneous cluster systems to handle communication tasks between internal nodes of the cluster. The middleware uses extensive markup language (XML) to transfer data in synchronized mode or in unsynchronized mode so it can handle communication between cluster nodes for various conditions. The middleware is platform-independent, os-independent, and language-independent. Actual results with the middleware on a cluster show good performance in the synchronized mode. This middleware system can also solve internal communication problems in large-scale heterogeneous distributed systems.
