Abstract:Nowadays the organization of enterprises is facing unprecedented change enterprises, and organizational innovation has become a magic weapon to increase enterprise competitieness. This paper analyzes the existing base of institutional framework and suggests several forms and the development trend of institutional framework of organizational innovation at present.
