Synchronizing cost control with process control of a project with the use of a network diagram

Abstract:Cost control is an important aspect of project management. However, in practice, it is difficult to show by computer directly. In order to deal with this problem, we utilize a network diagram to denote the cost control of the project and apply a new technique named Synchronized control. That is, the cost control of the project was synchronized with its process control by using a network diagram. Our aim was to control the cost dynamically on singular computer basis in conjunction with process control. Synchronized cost and process control for the example of an office building was demonstrated in seven steps. It was a try to build a uniform software platform for all aspects of project management, including cost control, process control and so on.
