Abstract:Information system project evaluation is an integrated process including beforehand assessment, underway evaluation and afterward measurement. process impenetrates into the project constructing process and cooperates with the constructing process entirely. The objective of evaluation is to provide instruction and tool for the project management rather than to judge and scale the project benefits. The analysis of three main parts of Overall Process Evaluation shows that the expected objectives system piloted evaluation process can facilitate the benefits-maximization of information system project.
